Exercise during and post pregnancy has numerous health benefits both for mum and baby.
From easing aches and pains, easier labour and delivery, decreased chances of c section and diastasis recti, and maintaining a healthy weight, to bringing back pelvic floor and core strength, healing tears and ab separation, and feeling better mentally.
I've worked with women both online and in person helping them along on their pregnancy journey specialising in safe but effective exercise programmes.

There are different packages available for pre and post natal training- online, in person, and a mix of both.
For online, each 1-2-1 session is done exactly the same as in person, just remotely! You can be anywhere in the world and our sessions wont be impacted. Perfect for if you live a bit further than my in-person radius but still want to train with me.
For in person, each 1-2-1 session is done at the comfort of your own home or garden. I understand that during pregnancy you may not always have the willpower or energy to drive to the gym, have an uncomfortably sweaty session with the fear that everyone is looking at you, then to top it off have to drive another 20 mins back home. That's why I travel to you! .
For a mix of sessions, you can have the best of both worlds. I see you in person to check on our progress and workout face to face, and then I see you online later on in the week to continue our training.
