Rehab exercises help strengthen your body post injury and get it back to its optimum state. With the right guidance and a professional by your side, rehab exercises can be a rewarding and effective solution to help you get back on track.
After working with UK Premier League football club West Ham United, as well as being part of the Oxford United Women's FC rehab team, I am able to help you effectively manage symptoms of different injuries no matter your age and type of injury.
I've heard it time and time again where a client visits their physio who prescribes exercises to combat the problem, but the exercises never get done because, well, life gets in the way! I always keep my clients accountable and liaise with their healthcare professionals (physios/masseuses/coaches/nutritionists) to come up with the best plan for client.
There are different packages available for rehabilitation training- online, in person, and a mix of both.
For online, each 1-2-1 session is done exactly the same as in person, just remotely! You can be anywhere in the world and our sessions wont be impacted. Perfect for if you live a bit further than my in-person radius but still want to train with me.
For in person, each 1-2-1 session is done at the comfort of your own home or garden as I travel to you! If you have some equipment at home then great, if not then not to worry as I will bring them with me for our sessions.
For a mix of sessions, you can have the best of both worlds. I see you in person to check on our progress and do some rehabilitation workouts together, and then I see you online later on in the week to continue our strengthening.
